Registered Psychotherapist
Celyn Church
I'm the director of HTC Practice and Hamilton Therapy Collective. As a psychotherapist, I care a lot about my clients. I work carefully to create a safe, supportive, non-judgmental and genuine relationship between us. I bring humour and curiosity to the therapy dynamic, integrating relational, experiential and psychoanalytical styles of healing. I specialize in working with those who have lived through and with attachment, relational and complex (CPTSD) traumas. Most of my clients have experienced abuse, neglect, or some kind of significant dysfunction in their upbringings. These early adverse experiences can impact many facets of one’s life and will often lead to secondary issues like anxiety, depression, harmful coping patterns, and ongoing relationship difficulties. Collaboratively we’ll use ‘bottom up’ styles of processing to get at the core of how you’ve learned to be you. This means working with deep-rooted emotions, memories, triggers, etc. Together we will get curious, make connections, update old learnings, process through wounds, and gain insights that can create lasting transformational change. I also work with many clients in more of a generalized counseling capacity. This can look like gaining perspective and organizing your thoughts, tackling unresolved issues that you may be carrying forward, or addressing strategies and styles that are no longer serving you. Together we can figure out what is in the way of your growth, of your empowerment, and of how you want to be showing up in your life. I believe that we are each highly adaptive, that our problems make sense (even the messiest bits!) and that many of our difficulties start off as solutions to help us stay safe and to survive. My approach is highly compassionate, affirming, and non-pathologizing. Let’s make sense of your story, draw on your internal resources and get you to a place of security and authenticity. In addition to being a Registered Psychotherapist with a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, I have graduate certification in Art Therapy, an Advanced Certification in Psychedelic Assisted Therapy, and I am trained as an EMDR clinician. Areas of focus: - EMDR therapy for trauma and PTSD (first responders, front-line workers, victims of violence and abuse, childhood trauma and CPTSD) - Psychedelic therapy integration sessions - Life transitions - Self-esteem - Identity issues - Relationship conflicts (marital, parenting, romantic, platonic, familial) - Overwhelm, burnout and compassion fatigue

I’m a warm, grounded therapist who values creating a space that feels both safe and gently supportive—somewhere you can exhale and show up as you are. I work with youth, young adults, and adults (15+) navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life stress, and identity-related experiences. My approach is collaborative and client-centred, meaning we move at your pace and stay focused on what feels most meaningful and relevant to you. I integrate a range of evidence-based modalities, including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, somatic and art-based practices, EFT, and person-centred therapy, while prioritizing flexibility over rigidity. In our work together, I aim to support you in building insight, strengthening emotional awareness and self compassion, and developing practical tools that feel sustainable and aligned with your everyday life. I strive to create a space that is non-judgmental, collaborative, and attuned, where you can show up as you are and move at your own pace. Areas of Focus: Anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life stresses, ADHD, gender & identity

My role as a therapist is a responsibility and honour I take seriously, and a meaningful part of my identity. I am an advocate for self-care, finding balance for all parts of human life, and for taking space to unwind, connect, and be nurtured by what calms and inspires us. My approach is centered on cultivating safety and ease in the therapy space, while encouraging clients to deepen their self-exploration and build capacity in their nervous system. I specialize in working with individuals seeking to understand themselves on a deeper level. Whether working through experiences of trauma, relational difficulties, balancing life demands such as motherhood, or exploring stress and burnout, this is a space for you. I integrate therapeutic approaches that focus on identifying different parts of self, addressing unmet needs, expanding emotional vulnerability, and exploring attachment in various relationships. As we work through stuck points, emotional and behavioural patterns, and explore places of tension and unease, we can learn what serves us and what keeps us from accessing a preferred or more meaningful existence. Therapy is vulnerable, intimate, and deeply personal; it is important to me that each client is met at their place of readiness.Areas of focus: - Trauma - Relationships, attachment, boundaries - Nervous system health; regulation and stress responses - Perinatal wellness - Self-concept - Somatic therapy

Registered Social Worker
Ivana Stanic
I am a warm, compassionate, and transparent therapist who believes that healing happens through safety, understanding, and genuine connection. I work with individuals and couples navigating relationship challenges, ADHD, trauma, and life transitions, creating a space where people can feel truly seen, heard, and accepted without judgment. With a background in sociology and social work, I bring a thoughtful understanding of how relationships, life experiences, and systemic pressures shape emotional well-being. I know that many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to begin, and I strive to make the process feel approachable, supportive, and human. Clients often appreciate my down-to-earth style. I balance empathy with practical guidance, helping people better understand their patterns, communicate more openly, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others. My work is collaborative and paced to meet you where you are. I use an integrative, client-centred approach that includes the Gottman Method, emotionally focused therapy, cognitive-behavioural strategies, and trauma-informed practices. My goal is to help people feel more connected, resilient, and confident as they move toward a life that feels more fulfilling and aligned with who they are. Areas of focus: Relationships, ADHD, anxiety, trauma

Registered Psychotherapist
Olga Klimenkova
My name is Olga Klimenkova. I’m a Registered Psychotherapist, a Gestalt therapist, a mother of two, and an immigrant. Gestalt therapy has been central to my life since 2009, when I first came into therapy myself and later began my training. It has shaped not only how I work, but how I understand people and relationships. I believe that meaningful change doesn’t happen instantly. It unfolds through deep emotional processes - when we begin to meet ourselves honestly, including pain, fear, loneliness, or uncertainty. Therapy is not about fixing what is broken, but about becoming more fully alive - with feelings, boundaries, and a stronger sense of self. My work is relational, experiential, and trauma-informed. I support clients in exploring patterns, processing past experiences, and finding new ways of being with themselves and others. I bring warmth, presence, and empathy, alongside clarity and directness, creating a space that holds both support and challenge. I work with individuals, couples, and groups, and welcome people navigating trauma, life transitions, relational difficulties, and questions of identity and belonging.
